CAHF ANNUAL GRANTS
The Con Alma Annual Grants Program is a statewide funding initiative of Con Alma Health Foundation that provides grants to nonprofit organizations working to improve health and advance health equity across New Mexico. Rooted in the foundation’s mission to support culturally appropriate, community-based solutions, the program invests in initiatives that address social determinants of health, expand access to care, and strengthen the systems that support underserved communities. Through annual grantmaking, Con Alma partners with organizations that are deeply connected to the populations they serve, helping to build healthier, more equitable outcomes for individuals and families throughout the state.
